Our Vision & MissionWe believe everyone deserves to live a full and enriched life, and we provide the services to help people do so.Who We AreCreative Support is a non-profit corporation started by special education teachers in 1979. We offer versatile programs for adults with various abilities and challenges. Each program includes 1:1 instruction, support, advocacy, resource information, and social activities, and takes place in each person’s home and community. Every program empowers those we support, and encourages them to be as independent as possible in safe & positive learning environment.What We DoSupported Living & Independent Living Skills: 1:1 instruction and support to help create and maintain a safe and healthy home environment, advocacy, financial guidance, accessing community/generic resources, and developing social networks. SL can be up to 24 hours/day and has additional services for safety, 24-hour emergency response system, and adaptive equipment support. Tailored & Supported Day Services: 1:1 skill instruction and support to successfully participate in post-secondary education, volunteer opportunities, employment and/or social network development.How We Do ItCS works closely with the people we support to craft individualized service plans that guide their quests for a more independent and fulfilled life. Our staff is a team of passionate, resourceful, dedicated and well trained professionals. We identify the best staff for each person’s needs and personality. CS conducts background screenings, provides extensive initial training and year round education that ensures each staff member is equipped to assist the people we support to lead well-balanced lives, address real-life situations, have fun learning, and maintain their health and safety.
