Cramo is a leading European equipment rental services company serving approximately 150,000 customers through around 200 depots across 5 markets with a full range of machinery, equipment and related services. Cramo has a strong focus on customers primarily within the renovation and new-build construction, industrial and public sector end-markets. In early 2020 it became clear that the dutch counterpart Boels Rental had acquired more than 90% of all shares in Cramo and the journey towards a transaction was a fact.
