Craft Electric was started in August of 1977 at Williston during the oil boom of the 1970s. We moved to Stanley in August of 1987. 20 years later, the Bakken took off right in our backyard. Today we have more than 80 employees, and that number is increasing rapidly to meet the needs of the industry. We have a satellite shop in Minot, and even more to come in the Bakken. We have a UL listed industrial control panel shop and automation division to handle all of your PLC, metering, and automation needs. They work closely with our electricians to ensure that sites run safely and efficiently. We frequently use Allen Bradley, Schneider (Square D), and Fischer PLC’s and programmable VFD’s, and we have the capability to use most automation and metering equipment
