The company was founded in 1985 by Thomas Smith and Gail Norris Smith, each contributing unique qualifications to the business-one through a background in interior design and the other with accounting experience. Throughout the years, CR Floors has grown to serve all of Washington and is currently one of the largest floor covering companies in Washington State.
