Cosette Pharmaceuticals is a specialty generic pharmaceutical company engaged primarily in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of generic dermatology and extended topical pharmaceutical products. Cosette was formed by the virtue of acquisition of G&W Laboratories by Avista Capital Partners in December of 2018 and is now directed by a new team of management which is led by Walt Kaczmarek, President, and CEO. In October 2019, Cosette announced the purchase of the G&W Laboratories Lincolnton, NC facility, a finished dosage manufacturing plant. The purchase of this plant expands Cosette’s capabilities into new dosage forms.Cosette is headquartered in South Plainfield, NJ with an office in Bridgewater, NJ. The South Plainfield and Lincolnton, NC sites contain a manufacturing facility, an R&D laboratory and offices. Cosette is dedicated to delivering high-quality generic medications such as topical creams, ointments, gels, liquids and suppositories that focuses on dermatology and alleviating pain.
