The Galán School for the Development of Democracy (EG) is a non-profit, mixed character, legally registered organization. It is financed through the management of national and international resources, both public and private, for the development of training initiatives in democratic values and practices with vulnerable populations (primarily with the youth) and the participation of other relevant actors and agents for the promotion of democratic governance in Colombia. The Galán school divides its efforts with institutional operation at the national, regional, and local levels in the interest of strengthening its role in the creation of the social fabric of the country.
