Many of the small to medium sized providers have been acquired by the larger players, creating a gap in the market for mid-sized companies such as Converso. Converso is a 400 seat capacity provider based just outside London, in Southend. Due to our size we are nimble, fleet of foot and able to provide a personal touch to our client relationships. Converso is FCA authorised, PCI Compliant, Investor in People accredited and members of the DMA and the CCA. We provide 24/7/365 multi-channel services to customers residing in the UK, US and Australia. Our core competencies include: • Sales/ customer acquisition – inbound sales, order processing and outbound sales. • 24/7/365 Bureau & Dedicated Teams – delivering client ‘branded’ and highly cost effective customer services including overflow to our clients’ in-house Contact Centres. • Handling incidents/ unforeseen events; invoking response helpline services at very short notice. • Handling short term projects and campaign activities.
