Kershaw Contracting Services Limited provides energy services and asbestos management to public and private sector, and private home owner, clients. The company was founded over 40 years ago to install cavity wall and loft insulation, developing these services to include a variety of insulation solutions for new build and refurbishment projects. An Asbestos division was established some 10 years later and today provides the full range of asbestos related services. Predominately covering the East of England and the Midlands, the Energy division is based in Waterbeach, Cambridge and the Asbestos division in Erith, Kent, close to London. Both divisions have a wealth of sector experience including education, sports and leisure, residential, commercial offices, light industrial, social housing, new build property, MOD, retail and healthcare. Kershaw Contracting Services, together with Kershaw Mechanical Services Limited and T R Freeman Limited, is part of the Kershaw Group, a multi-disciplined building services company with over 125 years of trading history. With its head office in Cambridge, the group employs around 200 staff and has a turnover in excess of £40m.
