Contec is a system integrator of Belgian origin, active in the wondrous world of the industrial automation of production processes. It was founded in 1986 by three befriended instrumentation engineers and has since then become one of the established names in the sector. Today our team of 250 co-workers realizes large and smaller projects both at home and abroad. Contec offers turnkey projects within our niche: this includes programming work (PLC, SCADA, MES/IT), Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineering, electrical power studies and process safety.

We accomplish projects in almost every conceivable sector, ranging from (petro)chemicals to the food industry. Contec stands for quality and longterm partnerships with clients (small SME's to the best known multinationals). Therefore our greatest added value lies in the fact that we are able to actively brainstorm with clients about the best possible solution.
