Consolidated Building Services, Inc (CBS) was created out of our commitment to provide a fuller service which addresses the needs of busy site managers in the San Francisco Bay Area. Clients of our sister company, Consolidated Cleaning Services (CCS) have repeatedly stated the value of having a trusted, well-managed company they count on to provide all their facility maintenance. Thus, the “one phone call” concept was hatched. Our client’s workloads have dramatically increased and their maintenance needs are varied and ever-changing. They require count-on-able assistance in addressing those needs. CBS has developed the capacity to support a spectrum of services, whether in an emergency or as a regulary scheduled maintenance call.
