Consigli Construction provides construction management, general contracting, design-build and pre-construction planning and analysis for clients in New York State and New England. From healthcare, academic, corporate/retail, landmark restoration to community/cultural projects, Consigli's projects range from special service assignments of under $100,000 to contracts over $110 million, with the average project size in the $10 - $15 million range. Drawing on the resources of more than 425 people including project managers, project engineers, superintendents, M/E/P coordinators, estimators and purchasing personnel, Consigli employs a dedicated team of self-performing crafts people. As the area’s green building resource, Consigli is securing LEED certification for its headquarters as well as implementing a company-wide recycling policy and other Earth-conscious practices.
