Concor Construction is a diversified infrastructure construction company with core competencies in infrastructure development, building, property development and opencast mining.We have a long and proud heritage of 117 years, with our origin as Murray & Stewart in the Western Cape in 1902. Our acquisition in 2017 through a consortium led by the Southern Palace Group positions us as a Level 1 B-BBEE business. We are one of the largest players in the sub-Saharan African infrastructure and construction sector. Through our unique combination of design, engineering and construction disciplines and expertise, we deliver world class infrastructure solutions to stakeholders across a broad range of industry sectors; both in rural and urban settings in developed and developing economies. We have delivered numerous infrastructure and building projects across the region. These include iconic projects such as the Bloukrans Bridge in the Eastern Cape, The Huguenot Tunnel, the Braamhoek and Bedford dams which form part of the Ingula Pumped Storage Scheme in KwaZulu Natal, The Portside Building in the Cape Town City Bowl, Melrose Arch Precinct, Menlyn Shopping Centre, The Embassy Towers and the Gautrain, and many more.
