Concierge Association of San Antonio

The Concierge Association of San Antonio is a non-profit professional organization of hotel-employed concierges. We represent the top hotels, resorts, and country inns in San Antonio, Texas. With membership currently at more than one hundred and fifty concierges, we are still growing. A Board of elected officers heads the CASA. Each position on the Board requires a two-year commitment by a current member of the association. The Board meets prior to each of the monthly membership meetings to discuss association business. Our monthly meetings are for all CASA members, invited speakers, and guests only. CASA Board operates under a set of bylaws and a code of ethics that have been in place for nearly 20 years.
