Compliance EnviroSystems, LLC (CES), incorporated in 1995, is a full-service professional storm sewer and sanitary sewer evaluation firm. We have approximately 160 employees providing professional services throughout the Southeast and along the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is our corporate headquarters and data management center.

Our core mission is to provide a complete range of sanitary and storm sewer evaluation services. These services sometimes referred to as pre-construction analysis, are the foundation of all sewer rehabilitation programs. We divide our services into two separate but equal functions: the efficient collection of wastewater collection system field-data and the management of all information, resulting in high-quality deliverables and customized reports.
