Compass Construction Incorporated was founded in 1983 by Larry Mirgon and Frank Reynolds, with their first major contract with McCarthy Brothers Construction for the Grady Memorial Hospital expansion in Delaware, Ohio. Since that time, the focus has always been to provide clients with an across-the-board performance to deliver a successful wall and ceiling project. Along with our pledge of providing high-quality finishes, we offer design assistance and value solutions, be it in the bidding phase or early development, and can provide conceptual estimating for builders, owners and design professionals.
