Community Options is a trading name of Heritage Care Limited and has been delivering specialist services for adults who have mental health needs for over 25 years. The organisation continues to grow, adapting to the ever-changing needs of our clients and stakeholders, to provide a progressive range of services. Our services operate a person-centred approach which allows us to work with individuals flexibly to support their specific needs. This means that clients are able to make choices and take responsibility in an enabling environment for developing their own support systems. Community Options is a strong advocate of the recovery concept, and works to inspire hope in the people it supports to improve their mental wellbeing. We currently provide a range of services across London and the South East of England. Including the London Boroughs Bromley, Greenwich, Tower Hamlets and Sutton. We work both independently and in partnership with a range of statutory, local government and charitable organisations and bodies to deliver a range of services across the South East including: Accommodation Based Services >Both Registered Homes and Supported Housing projects. >Intensive Support and rehabilitation based services. Housing Management Services >Contracted Housing Management Services for external housing associations and housing providers. Community Support Services >Flexible 1:1 support for people in the community. >Both intensive short term and longer term support 24/7, 365 days a year. >Self Directed Support Services – with support planning. Community Engagement and Inclusion Services >Providing meaningful activities and helping to build social and support networks. >Providing a framework and voice for service user involvement helping to shape services. Training & Consultancy >Off the shelf or bespoke courses in mental health, recovery, person centred planning, and self development training.
