Comms Plus own and operate 16 Franchise Stores, a Business Team, an External Consumer Team and a CRM Team. Our first store was opened in November 2006 at the Bolton, Middlebrook Retail Park and we now have stores operating across North Wales, NW and NE England. Working within a massively competitive environment is not without its challenges, however with the introduction of great people, structure and discipline, the last 8 years have proven enjoyable and rewarding for our ever expanding teams. Our delivery no matter what Focus, Direction or KPI, Communications Plus Ltd has been recognised by the 'Franchise of the Year' award 4 out of the last 6 years. The overall Franchise of the Year Award recognises consistent delivery across all KPIs, Mystery Shop and Audit.
