Commonwealth Senior Living is based in Charlottesville, Virginia and currently manages thirty four senior living communities across Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee with a combined capacity of over 2700 residents. Thirty two of our communities currently offer our specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia program, Sweet Memories. Our management team members complement each other, and together we offer a complete package of experience in all the aspects of operating an assisted living facility. Our philosophy of staying in the Commonwealth of Virginia and within a three-hour driving radius of our properties enables us to provide the personal involvement and frequent on-site presence that is crucial when operating this type of business.
