Commonwealth Assisted Living, LLC is based in Charlottesville, Virginia and currently manages twenty two assisted living communities with a combined capacity of over 1,100 residents. Twenty of our assisted living communities in Virginia currently offer our specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia program, Sweet Memories. Our management team members complement each other, and together we offer a complete package of experience in all the aspects of operating an assisted living facility. Our philosophy of staying in the Commonwealth of Virginia and within a three-hour driving radius of our properties enables us to provide the personal involvement and frequent on-site presence that is crucial when operating this type of business.
