In 1997, The Winbury Group affiliated with Grubb & Ellis Company and was known as Grubb & Ellis | The Winbury Group. Colliers International acquired an interest in the firm in 2010, thus partnering with The Winbury Group to form the Kansas City operation of Colliers International.
