Collega is a visionary Health, Wellness, Hair & Beauty brand founded in 1995 by the Civello family. Starting from a small Toronto based office, this family business quickly grew into a nationally respected organization, setting an unprecedented business standard in environmental sustainability in Canada.
Our vision is to create a culture and environment where everyone feels supported and encouraged to challenge themselves to be their best. Collega creates unique opportunities for both personal and professional growth and development.
The business has since grown to span the country, and now includes over 600 network partner Salons and Spas, 16 Aveda Experience Centres, 4 Aveda Institutes & Academies, Novvo Etopa, Partner Salon Group (PSG) and FixxRx.
