Collectible Brands owns and operates a portfolio of 7 successful small to medium-sized catalog, wholesale and direct-to-customer retail concepts in the United States consumer goods industry vertical. Conducting imports and exports, wholesale trade, operations, sales and customer service for an over 400 vendor base and in-house 13,000 SKU's. Primary target vertical for expansion/acquisition is collectible consumer goods. Target acquisition companies are in the $5 - $12 M revenue range. Expanded through a series of 4 successful acquisitions, in 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2017. Strategy is to change the nature of acquired company sourcing, product mix, competitive inventory and market position, channels of sales and speed to margin principles. Company has conducted all mergers into our McDonough, GA operations, and call centers/customer service centers.
