Ross Webley, Broker / Owner has been a licensed real estate Broker in Ottawa-Carleton for over 30 years. Coldwell Banker® First Ottawa Realty was formed in 1994 from the purchase of Canada Trust Real Estate offices in the Ottawa region. In 1995 the company expanded to include an east end branch in Gloucester and in 1998, Coldwell Banker Commercial® First Ottawa Realty was formed. In early 2002 an office in Stittsville was opened servicing Kanata, Goulbourn and the Ottawa valley. Ross Webley has recently purchased an additional 2 real estate offices in Ottawa’s east end serving the Orleans, Gloucester and Rockland communities.

Coldwell Banker® First Ottawa Realty has achieved the Premier office designation from Coldwell Banker since 1997. Ross Webley's professionalism, integrity and excellent business operating skills earned him the highest honour from Coldwell Banker® by receiving the "President's Award" for the top real estate broker in the country.
