Coining MFG has origins as the world's largest supplier of open tooling for hermetic housings, and has become the world leader in coining, forming, drawing and piercing of advanced specialty metal materials such as Kovar. Our manufacturing and engineering excellence allows us to mass-produce close tolerance, complex parts more cost-effectively and quicker than those produced through conventional stamping and machine processes. We are experts in precision metal manufacturing. Our vertical integration strategy allows us to control all aspects of engineering, tool design, manufacturing and quality control. The result of this strategy is lower prototype and production costs, compressed lead times, and tight process controls, which results in superior quality. Our engineering and quality staff remain at the leading edge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and industry processes for products that require Forming, Drawing, Coining, EDM, CNC Milling, or Screw Machine fabrication. Our engineering department is ready to receive requests electronically utilizing Pro Engineer/AutoCAD. Coining MFG's manufacturing department is equipped with over 100 specialty machines including presses with capacities up to 400 tons and stroke speeds as high as 400 strokes per minute. The integration of our Wire EDM, CNC machining, and Screw machine capabilities allows us to service specific application requests with the broadest selection of manufacturing and engineering solutions.
