CODAC is one of Arizona’s oldest and most respected community providers of specialty care for mental illness, addiction and trauma. What began as a grassroots drug abuse prevention program has grown into a multi-faceted organization that provides services across the entire spectrum of behavioral health care.Through 11 service locations and over 400 staff and volunteers, CODAC now serves more than 15,000 individuals and families each year. You can take care of lab work, fill prescriptions, get your wellness checkups, as well as other chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure.A team of experts – primary care providers, along with psychiatrists, nurses, medical assistants, therapists, case managers, and peer support specialists– work as one team in one convenient location.
