Carolina Narrow Fabric is a manufacturer of custom designed textiles with an 80 year history serving and supplying the narrow fabric and specialty markets. CNF supplies both knitted and woven tapes and fabrics to manufacturers in the electrical, aerospace, power motors, composite, fabricators, and medical device market. The domestic casting and splinting market has suffered greatly from buyouts, mergers, and plant closures, driving production to foreign countries and offshore facilities. Decreasing domestic production prompted CNF to create CNF Medical, currently the only manufacturer of casting tape in the USA. CNF Medical’s goal is to produce a high quality, consistent, competitively priced, casting and splinting product. Our knitting capabilities and patented technologies, combined with a depth of experienced coating personnel, have resulted in the CNF Medical Performance Casting and Splinting Line.
