CMU College of Makeup Art & Design is a world leader in training for makeup, spfx, character and digital design. In 2017, CMU celebrated 30 years as a renowned makeup school, located in The Old Fire Hall, a historic site in the heart of downtown Toronto. The college is the only school in North America dedicated to specialized diploma and certificate programs in all disciplines of Makeup Artistry: Fashion, Theatre, Wig Knotting, Film & Television, Prosthetics, and practical & digital Creature Design. Each year, 200 students from over 30 countries study Makeup Artistry at CMU.
