In some cases, we have provided interim management and been called upon to turn projects around.We have supported acute, community, mental health and primary care NHS organisations, NHS England and private healthcare organisations; in the UK and internationally, including NHS collaborations and networks across the UK. In social care we have re-designed Adults and Childrens care pathways, run integration workshops with the police, designed datasets across health social care and sat on digital social care boards across county councils to advise on future strategies.
