We are a 218 bed skilled nursing facility located in Flushing, New York, admitting and treating clients requiring the full gamut of short term and long term, sub-acute, respiratory and rehabilitative services. We offer specialized programs geared to Alzheimer's Disease and dementia patients, a New York State certified ventilator unit, and an on-site dialysis center.
