We clean offices, doctor's surgeries, factories and other commercial premises to a guaranteed higher standard than any other cleaning company. There are 2 ways of managing cleaning - pro-actively and re-actively and we choose the pro-active approach. This means that when something changes at your site (usually a new cleaner) your designated manager will visit more often - every day or two until everything settles back down - then visits are still made every 1-3 weeks depending on the site needs. These management visits ensure the cleaner(s) are are achieving great results for you. We always provide plenty of praise where appropriate (our managers all started by cleaning with Clean Slate) and (nearly) always have things for your cleaners to work on. Pro-active management doesn't cost our customers any more. Complaints to us are rare so our managers plan out their week efficiently - allowing slack every day for things that come in (generally an absence or two) so that every single site is always cleaned when due. We have to do this because if we ever missed a clean you would get a full week of free cleaning. We believe that only the best cleaning company can offer our cleaning standards guarantee - cleaning standards will always be higher than those you have with your current company or we will give you a week of free cleaning. Also we are the only company that *never* ties customers in. If you don't want us to continue, tell us when you want us to go and we will go.
