Its core activities are geared towards building local capacities, skills and competence for the critical analysis of thematic issues and subsequently, designing evidence based interventions, resource mobilisation and implementing sustainable development programs.Given the challenges commonly faced in humanitarian and development contexts, there is need to build the capacity of implementing agencies in appropriate service delivery skills.
