Civil Service Learning (CSL) provides learning and development for all civil servants. Our curriculum covers the core skills that civil servants need to provide excellent public services. We offer a range of learning and development including: • classroom courses • e-learning • coaching and mentoring database • free learning materials such as guides, checklists and articles • professional training and qualifications These complement the learning programmes specific to departments and professions. All our learning is available on the CSL website, which civil servants need to register with to use. Every course is rated for quality and relevance by our learners and the results are published on the site as star ratings. Our learning and development is focused on three priority areas: • leadership and management • capability priorities (digital, commercial and project delivery) • working in government (including policy and operational skills)
