The Office of Business Diversity Outreach Team is a group of Business Development and Procurement specialists who connect your business with the resources and information you need to do business with the City of Dallas. The Business Outreach Team provides outreach from the Business Development and Procurement Services department to help vendors access the City's $600 million of purchases per year. A primary responsibility of the Business Outreach Specialist is to increase and encourage the participation of the business community to sell their goods and services to the City of Dallas.
