We work with older people, adults and children catering to their individual care needs including physical and learning disabilities. In addition, we offer a quality reablement service to help people adapt to life at home after a period of serious illness or injury. City & County also offers industry leading complex care through Spirit Care, for adults and children with profound disabilities and intensive clinical needs.
