Citizens Memorial Hospital is a fully-integrated healthcare system devoted to exceptional patient care provided by leading physicians and caring staff. Citizens Memorial Hospital is located in Bolivar, Mo., and serves Cedar, Dade, Dallas, Hickory, northern Greene, Polk and St. Clair Counties.
