Chix in Business, Inc

Based in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina, Chix in Business, Inc. is a non-profit, dues-based grassroots organization of women business owners, providing member support and education through relationship building, resource sharing, discussions and presentations, mentoring and Community Outreach. We encourage our business clients to Think Local when they are considering where to buy products or services, to Buy Local whenever possible, and to Be Local by supporting businesses that keep our community unique. We strive to increase market share to independent, locally owned businesses by increasing awareness about the personal and community benefits of choosing local. What Makes Us Unique Our grassroots, non-profit organization not only takes a different approach to networking and creating relationships, but also positively impacts women and the way they do business in our community. We believe in patronizing each other's independent businesses, and look for ways to form alliances with our peers and competitors to create something bigger and better. Our membership represents a wide range of businesses, including a large number of artists and creatives. There is an emphasis on fun--not just business. We laugh, socialize and support each other.
