In 2006, it became clear that Chippery was an idea ahead of its time, but that the market was catching up quickly. Of course, Chippery had always been committed to these things, even before it was fashionable, and the demand for Fresh Chips took off. From Virginia (Farm Fresh) on the East coast to Boise (Albertsons) in the West, through the mid-West and up into Canada at innovative, fresh food-focused retailers such as Kroger and Sobeys, shoppers are now getting the opportunity to Choose Fresh, not Factory.
