Founded in 1892, the Children’s Bureau of New Orleans is a premier mental health agency providing community-based services to more than 3,000 children and their families each year. The Children’s Bureau of New Orleans promotes growth and resilience through prevention, advocacy, education and intervention. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for children and families in greater New Orleans through valid and proven programs that enhance and strengthen mental health and wellness. Our vision is that all children will thrive in happy and healthy families and reach their fullest potential.
