Our bakery consists of a group of passionate bakers and pastry chefs who realize that today their profession is one of the most beautiful in the world! It is extremely rewarding to give our customers a simple, but intense happiness with the bread we bake.The story started in 2010, when Arnaud de Rambures, our French Head Pastry Chef and Owner, decided to open Chez Arnaud. It has become a place where we promote tradition, an ancient know-how which is unfortunately disappearing. Since then, Arnaud de Rambures has gathered his team around two main aspects : Respect for the tradition, and also respect for the product itself. All of our products are made daily in our bakery, always from scratch, no derogation… High-quality ingredients, organic when it is an option, no preservatives, no additives… and no corn syrup!Chez Arnaud has now 3 locations: St Paul, Maple Grove and White Bear Lake!
