Our first year was filled with intense labor requiring long and difficult days of renovation, which resulted into a highly successful hotel. We captured the market and began our path to who we are today. Chase ventured into a ground up development strategy that still exists today, beginning with the development and construction of franchise branded hotels. Guided by a mission to respect client partners while cultivating associates’ growth, Chase has demonstrated an uncanny ability when assessing a prospective new property to see what can be, rather than what is.
