The group, which was founded in 2011, operates out of several UK sites and provides over 4,000 temporary drivers and industrial workers, making it one of the largest independent providers of HGV drivers and warehouse staff in the UK.It comprises of seven divisions, each of which specialises in a different area:-Challenge Recruitment – provides skilled temporary workers to meet planned and urgent resource demands, whether it’s on the road or in the warehouse.-Trg Logistics – perfectly aligned with Challenge Recruitment, trg Logistics provides brilliant logistics people – drivers, warehouse, management staff and services to clients across the UK.-Challenge Transport – a comprehensive and transparent sub-contracting service, which is able to meet client demand by utilising Challenge Transport trucks, or our 4,000-strong temporary workforce to meet demand.-Deployment Recruitment – specialises in providing round-the-clock management and logistic support to deliver top-quality temporary driving, warehouse, secretarial and management staff in the North West and surrounding areas. -First Step Recruitment – a drinks industry logistics specialist, providing staffing, security and training solutions to the sector. Experienced in contingency planning, multi-drop and last-mile logistics, we can deliver trained manpower to cover large volumes at short notice UK wide. -Challenge Training – offers first-class CPC driver training, specific warehouse training which is focused, and tailored to meet the particular needs of the industry, resulting in a more skilled, motivated and loyal workforce.-Phoenix Training Services – has been in operation since 1994, offering free and funded training through Government training initiatives.
