We are Century 21 Noel David Realty, a family owned and family run Fair Oaks company that has been helping people like you buy and sell their homes for over 40 years. Noel and “Mike” David, the founders of the company, still come in to our office in the village of Fair Oaks almost every day. The other members of the family are John and Kirsten David, their son and daughter-in-law; Michelle and Dave Lehman, their daughter and son-in-law; Mark, Ellen and Daniel Lehman and Heather and John Michael David, their grandchildren, and Uncle Tony David, Noel’s stepbrother. Together, we have five brokers licenses, four salesperson licenses, and over 100 years of combined experience in Fair Oaks real estate. As a local, family business established in 1969 with deep roots in the community and a Century 21 franchise since 1996, our office combines the ethics and personal touch of a boutique agency backed by the tools, systems and gargantuan advertising machine of the largest and most globally recognized residential real estate company in the known universe, Century 21.
