We are a group of IT geeks who enjoy what we call geekology – all Cisco technologies and 3rd party as well. Many of us worked at one stage in our careers with Cisco, and have got a solid experience with Cisco products. Many of us are CCIE certified – some are double, triple CCIEs, with experience ranging from 10 to 25 years in IT, and Networking. Many of our engineers also worked at Cisco TAC (named the best support organization every year) , where they troubleshot what you call the ‘unknown’ - a new bug, which you were never trained for, find the needle in a haystack, deep understanding of product architecture.
