Carlton Engineering is now Part of GHD Inc.! Established in 1983 by Alan Carlton, Carlton Engineering, Inc. Became part of GHD Inc. On October 1, 2014. We provide multi-discipline planning, engineering and project management in land surveying and civil, geotechnical and structural engineering. We serve a variety of markets including commercial/retail/industrial land development, hydropower and dry energy, solid waste, telecom, and water resources. We are dedicated to serving our clients in the Western United States, where we have generated a deep reservoir of experience working the region’s design challenges.
