Carglass® Germany

Carglass® in Germany is specialized in the repair and replacement of automotive glass. In Germany Carglass® has approximately 2,200 employees, of which about 1,500 specially trained Carglass® technicians. More than 300 employees work at the headquarter in Cologne, about 200 people are employed in the Customer Contact Center (Call Center). The company processed approximately 1.2 million customer contacts per year and helps motorists across Germany, either in one of the 330 Service Center or on the road with more than 380 mobile units. Carglass belongs since 1990 to international Belron family and has been operating since 1993 as Carglass GmbH. Belron is the largest specialized repairing of vehicle glass damage companies around the world. The group employs over 24,000 employees, of whom more than half are highly skilled technicians, and is in 35 countries on five continents active. In 2012 the company achieved global sales of around 2.7 billion euros, 10.4 million customers use the services of the group.
