Cardiff Community Housing Association

CCHA was established in 1996 and is a Cooperative and Community Benefit Society with charitable status. We formed when Adamsdown Housing Association and Moor Housing Association merged. Between them, Adamsdown and Moors have been providing homes in Cardiff for more than 40 years. We are a non-profit organisation that is registered and supervised by the Welsh Government and the Financial Services Authority.We provide a comprehensive service for a wide range of people in need of good quality, secure and affordable housing. We cater for single people, families, the elderly and those with particular needs, such as physical disabilities and learning difficulties. Most of our housing is for rent, although we also offer low cost home ownership opportunities. Our homes are available to those on low or modest incomes.
