The company develops its own land and property and act as builder, contractor and developer with its own finance and marketing. The company dedicates its efforts in construction of housing vertical and horizontal mainly with prime locations in cities. Typical sample of our projects is 50 – 100 units construction site for housing in towns and cities like Amman – Jordan, Libya and currently in Iraq with new projects. Other constructions: commercial units, factories…etc. In industrial area, we developed our own factories for the in-house use of products. Currently our work force with our professional team of our engineers and management with the core of our labor force exceed 1000 persons. Our company's capabilities and abilities to construct housing projects, schools and other amenities and buildings within one million square meter at one time in the value of one billion dollar per annum.
