Cando Co., Ltd.( 劍度 ) was established in 1994 and engaged in producing optical communication coater components and ITO glass. In 2000, Cando initiated color filter manufacturing. In 2004, the company title was changed to Cando Co., Ltd.( 達虹 ) after the BenQ-AUO corporation group became the major stockholder. In particular, Cando has capitalized the experiential technology of color filter manufacturing on touch panel production in 2007. Touch screen technology will be the new wave for input interfaces for IT displays due to the widespread applications already using it. Furthermore, Cando will complete the setup of a production line for touch panels and commence mass production by 2008. In 2011, Cando Co., becomes one member of TPK Holding Co., and meanwhile, the Chinese title is changed to達鴻先進科技. Touch screen technology has become a highly popular human-machine interface because it's easy to operate a touch screen compared to a mouse, keyboard and pen-pad. So far, Cando has successfully developed multi-touch capacitive touch panels (projective). Product advantages include not only a high transmission ratio but also low power consumption.
