Information
The Canadian Law Review is a platform for an intergenerational community of legal minds who are committed to the understanding and development of Canadian law. Our Review believes the first step towards improving the current state of affairs in our legal system begins with advocacy, discourse, and research. The Review provides an opportunity for current up-and-coming legal advocates to publish compositions that facilitate conversations about gaps, criticisms and solutions within jurisprudence and the practice of law in Canada. The Canadian Law Review is keenly interested in closing the gap within legal discourse which is often exclusive to legal scholars. For this reason, it is our mandate that we promote legal innovation and discourse by offering a space for alternative voices to be heard, especially from the youth perspective.
