When intruders enter a protected site, live images are transmitted to our national control room, operators issue warnings and scramble local Police response teams. Crime prevented! Camwatch and our authorised partners take responsibility for everything, from site survey, system design and installation, to maintenance, 24/7 monitoring and liaison with the Police. We even offer financing packages. Standards are a priority. The latest ACPO policy stipulates that to be assured of a Police response, a site must be allocated a Unique Reference Number (URN) and be monitored to British Standards BS8418 and BS5979. Camwatch is fully compliant. We have been growing through personal referral since 1993. Today we monitor in excess of 20,000 cameras across the UK and abroad, preventing crime at construction sites and recycling centres, at large factories and individual residences.
